Unibet Open: Nov 27 – Dec 4 2016, €500.000 GTD
The 2016 Unibet Open Final will take place in Bucharest, Romania! The poker festival will boast a massive €500,000 guarantee, and is scheduled to take place from November 27 to December 4.
The Main Event will be hosted by JW Marriott Grand Hotel, a traditional place for some of the most successful poker events ever to ever take place in Romania.
Launched in 2007, the Unibet Open circuit was always a favourite among Romanian poker players, thanks to great services, affordable buy-ins, great prize pools and friendly structures. Since its inception, one of the most prolific regulars of the series is Dan Murariu, a double champion with some additional final table presences.
The Complete Schedule
The series has two parts in two distinct locations. The Unibet Open Warm-Up will take place from Nov 27 to Nov 29, in All-In Poker Club Bucharest, and will offer dozens of guaranteed Main Event tickets in daily satellites. Then, from Dec 1st, the series moves inside the JW Marriott Grand Hotel, in the Grand Ball Room of this luxurious establishment. That’s where the Main Event and the High Roller will take place.

Daily online qualifiers
Unibet Open may have a €1100 buy-in, but any willing poker player must know that it can get in the event for much less, thanks to the broad and rich satellite structure. The qualifiers are already open in the Unibet Poker Software, and the weekly final guarantees €2000 packages for the winners.
The steps system starts from scratch, but if you don’t really want to take it from zero you can always enter the subsatellites with a very large array of buy-in levels (€1, €2, €5, €10, €25, €50 or €250 in the direct satellite).
Each qualifier has a guaranteed prize pool, so you know from the start where to finish in order to complete the task and win a trip to Bucharest. Each package contains:
- Main Event Buy-in: €1,000+€100
- 4 nights stay in JW Marriott Grand Hotel
- Breakfast and dinner included
- €250 cash for travel and expenses
