Terms and conditions for buying an accommodation package in Vox Maris Costinesti, Romania, during the 1st and 6th of August 2016, through our website, pokerfest.ro:
The promoted price includes breakfast and access to all the facilities for the standard number of room ocupants.
If one or more extra beds are added to the room, accommodation and breakfast will be contracted separately.
The extra bed costs 25% of the room’s price, per person, per night.
Extra breakfast costs 30 RON/day/adult, 20 RON/day/child.
The promoted price, 269 RON/night/room, is valid only trough our website, pokerfest.ro. The deadline for it is July 15th 2016, 23:00 CET.
There is a limited number of rooms available. The distribution is made following the rule “first come, first served”.
Access to the hotel’s facilities (pools, tennis courts, bowling, fitness, etc) will be free for the hotel’s guests.
Vox Maris tourists have free access to the mentioned facilities only with the specific bracelet, which they will receive upon arrival.
A reservation is considered complete and confirmed only after a payment has been made through our electronic system integrated in pokerfest.ro and after a confirmation has been received from Pokerfest.ro.
Those that will not reside in the resort can access the facilities of the hotel (pools, billiards, tennis courts, bowling, etc) after they pay a daily fee of RON 50.
